Privacy Policy

This is the personal website of the streamer (“we”), who acts as the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). For any privacy question, contact privacy@<domain-tbd>.

Support details: the display name, optional message, and amount you enter when you support.

Account details (only if you sign in, which is optional): your name, email, and profile picture from the provider (Google/YouTube or Twitch).

Technical data: your IP address and basic request data, for security and to operate the service.

We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled and stored directly by Omise.

We use this data to process your support, show the on-stream alert, keep your support history (when signed in), and to keep the service secure.

Our lawful bases are: performing your request (contract), your consent (when you sign in), and our legitimate interest in security.

We rely on external services that may process your data: Omise (payments), Google and Twitch (sign-in), and Cloudflare (hosting infrastructure and privacy-friendly web analytics).

We keep support/payment records for about 5 years (aligned with Thai accounting record-keeping norms — placeholder figure). Account data is kept for as long as the account is active.

You may access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for your personal data. Send requests to privacy@<domain-tbd>; we handle them manually.

We apply reasonable measures to protect your data and will notify breaches as required by law (within 72 hours where applicable).
